Summary

This Supplementary Order Paper amends Supplementary Order Paper No 259 amending the End of Life Choice Bill by clarifying what is required in relation to a “medical ethicist” (as that term is used in the proposed legislation).

The question was put that the amendment set out on Supplementary Order Paper 340 in the name of Chris Penk to the proposed amendment set out on Supplementary Order Paper 259 in the name of David Seymour to clause 20 be agreed to.
