This Supplementary Order Paper amends Supplementary Order Paper No 259 amending the End of Life Choice Bill by removing the reference to a person’s will.

The question was put that the amendments set out on Supplementary Order Paper 370 in the name of Chris Penk to the proposed amendment set out on Supplementary Order Paper 259 in the name of David Seymour to insert new clause 24A be agreed to.
