Summary

This Supplementary Order Paper amends Supplementary Order Paper No 259 amending the End of Life Choice Bill by filling in a gap in the legislation, clarifying the status of an attorney under an enduring power of attorney.

The question was put that the amendments set out on Supplementary Order Paper 373 in the name of Kanwaljit Singh Bakshi to the proposed amendment set out on Supplementary Order Paper 259 in the name of David Seymour to insert new clause 24B be agreed to.
