Summary

This Supplementary Order Paper amends new section 20A of the Bill to require the Minister of Health to ensure that access to emergency contraception is available throughout New Zealand within 48 hours of it being requested by any person.

The question was put that the amendment set out on Supplementary Order Paper 476 in the name of Hon Ruth Dyson to clause 7 be agreed to.
