Summary

This Supplementary Order Paper amends clause 14 of the Abortion Legislation Bill, which amends the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, to specify that a person with a conscientious objection must provide to the person seeking access to the service the contact details of the closest provider of the service.

The question was put that the amendments set out on Supplementary Order Paper 483 in the name of the Hon Ruth Dyson to clause 14 be agreed to.
